Requirements to register Globe Sim

To register Globe Sim, you will need the following information:

Sim Registration Type

Guidelines for Uploading Valid ID and Selfie

Follow the guidelines given below for uploading Valid ID and selfie:

For uploading a valid ID:

  • Make sure that your ID is horizontal
  • Make sure that your ID is active and not expired
  • Ensure your photo and information in the ID are clear and readable
  • Photo on your ID photo must match with the selfie

For taking a selfie:

  • Your Selfie must match your ID
  • Choose a well-lit area with no other people or items in the background
  • Set up camera in portrait position
  • Remove eyeglasses, mask, cap or other accessories
  • Face forward and look straight at the camera
  • Don’t use face filters or other effects

After uploading your valid ID and selfie, you will see a consent form which states:

  • Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Privacy Policy of Globe

Step-by-step Globe Sim Registration Guide

Follow the steps given below to register your Globe Sim online:

  • Go to Globe Sim Registration website from here https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
  • Select your preferred language from English or Taglish
  • Enter your 10 digit Globe Mobile Number and click on Register to verify your sim
  • A One Time PIN will be sent to your phone, enter OTP and proceed
  • Once your sim is verified, you will be asked to enter your basic details
  • Enter First name, Middle Name, Last name, Suffix, Birthday, Sex and Nationality
  • Select your Registration Type
  • Enter your local address completely along with Zip code and click on Next
  • Select ID Type and enter ID number
  • Upload or Take a photo of your Valid ID and a Selfie to verify your identity

If you wish to register your Globe Sim using GlobeOne App, follow the steps given below:

  • The first step is to download GlobeOne App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  • Open the App and tap on SIM Hub button
  • Click on Register SIM and enter your Globe Mobile Number
  • You will receive an OTP as a text message
  • Use this OTP to verify your sim number and proceed to fill sim registration form
  • Enter your personal details like First name, Last name etc., and select Registration Type and click proceed
  • Next step is to verify your Identity. Select ID card type, enter ID number and upload your valid ID and selfie
  • Tick the checkbox to agree to the Globe Terms and Conditions and click Submit
  • You will see a confirmation message on your screen stating Registration Complete along with a Reference Code below
