Class suspensions on Tuesday, October 22 #WalangPasok

MANILA – Some local governments (LGUs) have chosen to suspend classes on Tuesday, October 1, due to Typhoon Kristine.

Classes have been suspended at all levels in the locations listed below:

Signal Number 1 is currently hoisted in several locations in Luzon, including Bicol region; in Visayas and parts of Mindanao.

Kristine is expected to grow into a tropical storm during the next 12 hours. It may become a severe tropical storm on Wednesday and a typhoon on Thursday before making landfall.
